Ascension is an intimate, all-inclusive, transformational wellness retreat designed for those feeling burned out, overwhelmed, depleted or disconnected from themselves and the life they want to create. Set between a tranquil three-tier waterfall and the ocean, our retreats combine ancient wisdom with innovative technologies to support physical rest, emotional renewal, nervous system regulation, mental clarity and personal transformation.

Through Kundalini yoga, breathwork, contemplative practices, bodywork, Watsu, deep rest, nourishing locally sourced food, and immersion in Costa Rica's tropical nature, we create the space to slow down, reset, reflect, and reconnect.
