THE PROCESS

STAGE 1
BODY: THE BEGINNING OF TRANSFORMATION

The body is the doorway to transformation. During this first stage, the focus is on purification, regeneration, and conscious nourishment, awakening dormant vitality and reconnecting with the natural elements.
Through physical, sensory, and energetic practices, the foundation is prepared for the inner work that follows. The body becomes the temple where transformation begins.
Specific practices of this stage:
• Cleansing and nourishing meals.
• Kundalini yoga, breathwork, morning cacao and sunrise gazing to activate and balance the nervous system.
• Therapeutic massages and Watsu / Group Watsu to release tension and reconnect with the water element.
• Mineral mud baths, herb walks, and grounding contact with the earth.
• Daily jungle walks, river and waterfall bathing.
• Conscious cooking lessons that blend nutrition with mindfulness.
Intention: To awaken bodily awareness, cleanse the system, and establish the physical foundation for transformation.

MIND: CLARIFY PERCEPTION AND FOCUS
Once the body finds ease, and energy is available, the mind can become still and reoriented. This stage focuses on expanding perception and reprogramming limiting beliefs, recognizing that the mind is malleable and that, through focus and presence, new possibilities open.
Through contemplative and cognitive practices, participants develop observation, attention, and creative insight.
Specific practices of this stage:
• Guided sunrise meditations (including those inspired by Joe Dispenza).
• Journaling prompts on perception, focus, and purpose.
• Art therapy as a symbolic channel for exploring the unconscious.
• Group discussions and reflective lunch conversations.
• Weekly 1 on 1 talk therapy for psychological support and mental integration.
• Hypnosis focused on belief transformation and mental reprogramming.
• Documentary and conscious film screenings with group dialogue.
• Stargazing as a contemplative practice and expansion of awareness.
Intention: To observe and transform the mind, recognizing its creative power and capacity for expansion.

STAGE 2

STAGE 3
EMOTIONS: OPENING, CONNECTION AND EXPRESSION

In this stage, the group energy becomes more sensitive and profound. After the physical and mental work, emotions arise to be recognized, expressed, and healed. The focus is on opening the heart, releasing what has been held, and cultivating empathy and authentic connection.
Group dynamics and expressive rituals create an atmosphere of trust, authenticity, and communion.
Specific practices of this stage:
• Daily cacao ceremonies to open the heart and awaken joy.
• Aquatic therapies (Watsu / Group Watsu) as spaces of surrender and trust.
• Partner walk and waterfall jump to transcend fear and strengthen bonds.
• Circles of poetry and sharing where emotions find voice.
• Kirtan and group music as collective expressions of devotion and expansion.
• Sound journeys as emotional release and energetic harmonization.
• Dream journaling to record symbolic wisdom from the unconscious.
• Bonfire with partners, ritual of fire to release the old and honor the journey.
Intention: To release emotional blockages, allow authentic expression, and nurture connection with oneself and others.

SPIRIT: PURPOSE, SURRENDER, TRANSCENDENCE

The journey culminates in reconnection with purpose and the spiritual dimension of being. Here, the previous experiences are integrated, allowing body, mind, and emotion to merge in consciousness. It is a time for surrender, silence, and communion with the sacred.
Specific practices of this stage:
• Visioning at sunrise and sunset: visualization and conscious manifestation of purpose.
• Weekly sound healing sessions and surrender ceremonies.
• Ancestral ceremonies, such as temazcal to connect with elemental wisdom.
• Kirtan by the waterfall as a collective celebration of unity.
• Contemplation of mortality on the Cemetery Island as a practice of presence and acceptance.
• Kundalini yoga and silent meditative walk through Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve to connect with pure consciousness.
Intention: To integrate the entire process, reconnect with the soul’s purpose, and expand consciousness toward transcendence.

Throughout the four weeks, each experience has been deliberately designed to facilitate greater awareness of the self, each being an anchor for the entire process. These practices are not limited to a single stage but sustain continuity, build containment, and group coherence during the 28 days.
• Daily sunrise meditation, deepening each day towards the transformation of mind, body, emotions and spirit.
• Morning kundalini yoga, adapted to each participant and sequenced to each phase of the process.
• Journaling with guided prompts accompanying observation of the body, thoughts, emotions, and spiritual growth.
• We see food as medicine. Each morning guests receive a curated breakfast, lunch and dinner menu from local ingredients, designed to support, nourish and cleanse with each bite. The menu will flow from a diverse and intentional anti-inflammatory diet to deep nutrition. We do not believe in fasting, we believe in health through the joy of beautiful food.
• Private frequency medicine sessions and group sound journeys offer both ancient and innovative technologies, aligned with each week’s intention.
• Connection and reflection are an integral part of the process. We will use meals to discuss reflective questions, Gradicube is a game that prompts participants to share meaningful stories and insights, group poetry reading and coherence healing. We work with the book Love, a Manual for Humanity as a workbook for partner exercises. Group sharing is useful to integrate experiences and strengthen emotional capacity.
• Connection with nature is fundamental to this process, including forest walks, river and waterfall baths, contemplation of the splendid gifts of the vibrant and verdant jungle.
• A daily attitude of gratitude and mindful presence cultivated throughout the retreat.
These practices are the pulse of the process, offering stability within the internal movement each participant experiences.
