REFUND POLICY
At The Ascencion Process at Sunshine Sanctuary, we understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and plans may need to change. We do our best to create fair and transparent policies that honor both our guests and the integrity of our retreat experience.
Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total retreat cost is required to secure your space. This deposit ensures your spot and helps us prepare accommodations, meals, and facilitators in advance.
Balance Payment
Full payment is due 1 month before the retreat start date. If the balance is not received by this date, your reservation may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Cancellations by Participant
If you need to cancel your participation:
More than 30 days before retreat starts: Deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be fully refunded.
30 days or less before retreat starts: 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded, excluding deposit.
However, you may transfer your spot to another person upon approval. Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you wish to transfer your reservation.
Cancellations by The Ascencion Process at Sunshine Sanctuary
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone the retreat (due to minimum participant requirements, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances), you will receive:
A full refund of all payments will be made, or the option to transfer your credit to a future retreat.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as airfare, travel insurance, or other related expenses.
Travel & Health Insurance
We encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
Early Departures or No Shows
No refunds or credits will be provided for participants who arrive late, leave early, or fail to attend the retreat for any reason.
